Terms of Service

By accessing or using Shoteria Studios services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service. Bookings are hourly and billed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.
1) Bookings
- Minimum booking length: as indicated on the studio page at the time of booking.
- Late arrivals do not extend your end time without rebooking and confirmation.
- You are responsible for ensuring your booking details are accurate (date, time, add-ons, and contact info).
- We may request a valid ID at check-in for security and fraud prevention.
2) Payments & Fees
Payments are due as specified during checkout. Additional charges may apply for overtime, damage, missing items, or specialized cleaning when required.
- Taxes and processing fees (if any) are shown before you confirm payment.
- Chargebacks and disputed payments may result in account restrictions and collection of outstanding balances.
- Discounts, credits, and promotions may be limited in time and scope, and can be revoked for misuse.
3) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to start time. Otherwise, a one hour fee applies. If you cancel within the last 24 hours, you may also lose add-on fees if they are non-refundable.
- Reschedules are treated as cancellations + new bookings unless explicitly confirmed otherwise.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- If we must cancel for operational or safety reasons, you will receive a refund or credit as applicable.
4) Acceptable Use
Studios are for legal, safe content creation only. No hazardous materials or disallowed recordings. You must follow all posted studio rules, capacity limits, and staff instructions.
- No illegal activity, harassment, hate content, or content that violates rights of others.
- No weapons, pyrotechnics, open flames, fog machines, or chemicals without written approval.
- Respect noise restrictions and building policies, including neighbors and common areas.
- Leave the space in a reasonable condition; dispose of trash as instructed.
5) Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoteria Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for your crew, guests, and equipment. Use of the studio is at your own risk.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Shoteria Studios harmless from claims arising from your use of the studio.
- We do not insure your personal property; do not leave valuables unattended.
6) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use at the time you access or book. If material changes are made, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
